Return Policy for the Products

While most of the products available on the website pawsfortails.com("Platform") can be returned, subject to the terms of this cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy ("Policy"), please check the details of the product before placing an order to check if the product is eligible for a return or not. We don't have a return policy on sold items and gift cards.

We accept returns only within 7 days after the item's delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers must have a bill or receipt of product purchase.

Damages and issues

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if your item is lost in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged, defective or if you receive any other or wrong item or if your item is lost, You only have 7 days to apply for return. We will check the issue and make things correct.


Firstly, the product will be checked by us if you place a return request, and we will notify you after receiving the product. Let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount using your original payment method.

In the event of cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such transaction shall be refunded using your original payment method.

Bank or credit card company might take some time to process and generate the refund.
